The profession managing Florida's associations is being re-staffed, and the register shows it a year at a time.
1,110 people first licensed as community association managers in Florida in 2019. In 2025 it was 2,179, about 2.0 times as many, and 1,770 are already recorded for 2026.
The final point is the current year and is incomplete, which is why it turns down. An annual total also hides when in the year the licences were issued, so the next section sets the same dates side by side and then goes month by month.

A new licence is a first licence on that record, so someone returning or moving in from another state counts as new. Nevada, which licenses individual managers only and publishes a list of active licences, shows 149 first issued in 2025, against 84 in 2024 and 119 so far in 2026; that list drops anyone who has left, so its earlier years are undercounted. Florida licenses the person and the firm, and this page counts persons. What the monthly shape adds is timing: an annual total of 2,179 for 2025 reads as a steady climb, and the monthly bars show a year that was slower than 2024 for five months and then well ahead of it.
New firm licences: 118 in 2023, 163 in 2024, 207 in 2025. The whole firm population is 2,066 against 24,330 individuals, so a single new firm represents a much larger share of its category than a single new manager does of hers.
What this cannot tell you. A first licence is a first licence on that record. Someone returning after a lapse, or moving into Florida from another state, looks identical to a genuine new entrant. The register does not distinguish them and neither does this page.
Who is missing. The file lists almost only managers marked active: 24,074 of 24,330 rows, and 177 of the 180 first licensed in 1988. Licences that lapse appear to be dropped, so the earlier a year, the more of its entrants are no longer counted, and growth across several years can look steeper than it was. The size of that effect is not in the file.
